Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

All small orders are shipped using a courier on a 1 - 3 working day service depending on delivery area. Please note that our courier will not contact you to confirm that there will be someone able to receive an order. As such please ensure that there is someone on site to accept the delivery. Alternatively please ensure that you have left clear instructions as to where you would like the delivery left.

Included delivery is not available to the following postcodes:

If you select the free delivery option for delivery to any of the above postcodes your order will not be processed. Deliveries to these postcodes will incur a per item surcharge from our carrier and will be delivered on our couriers 3-5 day delivery schedule subject to the payment of the surcharge, which is currently £19.80 per item.

We advise that you call the Halley's office on 01738 840394 to order if shipping to the above postcodes. Orders can then be processed with the appropriate delivery charge to your specific area.

During public holiday periods please call for further delivery schedules.

Where deliveries are attempted but the delivery is unable to be completed due to the absence of someone able to sign for the goods we reserve the right to charge a £15.00 redelivery charge.

Unsigned Deliveries

We strongly recommend customers not to ask us to leave the order without obtaining a signature. However where the customer instructs us in writing in the delivery note field to leave the delivery without obtaining a signature we are not able to entertain any claims that may arise from goods arriving damaged or being left at an incorrect location. If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 3 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unopened, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or return. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping to our warehouse in Methven, Perth & Kinross. Please email sales@burnemwoods.co.uk if such a case occurs and we can advise you of the most cost effective means of return.
